Mission Ready Auto LLC offers mobile mechanic and automotive repair services, including but not limited to brake repairs, oil changes, diagnostics, battery service, and general maintenance. Services are performed at the customer's chosen location (home, workplace, or roadside) within our service area in and around Fayetteville, NC.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, lack of access to the vehicle, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and a preliminary assessment. Final pricing may change after a hands-on inspection or diagnosis reveals additional issues, parts requirements, or labor.

Any additional work beyond the original estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval before being performed.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle access and a safe, legal location for service.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
• Travel and dispatch fees are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept approved forms of payment, which may include cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payment platforms.
• Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may incur additional fees and may be referred to collections.
• Customer-supplied parts must be approved in advance and are not eligible for warranty.

• Parts installed by Mission Ready Auto LLC are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
• Labor warranties, when offered, will be provided in writing at the time of service.
• We are not responsible for the failure of customer-supplied parts or for damages resulting from their installation.
• Any warranty claim requires inspection by Mission Ready Auto LLC and proof of original service.

By scheduling service, the customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information and a clear description of the issue
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
• Disclose any prior repairs, modifications, or known issues
• Comply with applicable laws regarding vehicle service location and parking
• Be available or reachable during the scheduled appointment

Mission Ready Auto LLC performs services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden damage, or issues unrelated to the work performed.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by customer-supplied parts, aftermarket modifications, or unauthorized prior repairs.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, towing costs, or rental vehicle expenses.

The customer acknowledges that automotive repair carries inherent risks. Mission Ready Auto LLC is not responsible for incidental damage to vehicle components that are worn, corroded, brittle, or otherwise compromised prior to service (for example, rusted bolts, seized fasteners, or aged plastic clips that break during normal repair work).

Service performed at roadside, parking lots, or other public locations is subject to local laws and the availability of safe working conditions. The customer is responsible for confirming that service is permitted at the chosen location. We reserve the right to relocate or decline service if a location is deemed unsafe or unlawful.

If a vehicle cannot be returned to operable condition during the scheduled service and is left at a location at the customer's direction, the customer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle's storage, security, and any associated fees. Vehicles left unclaimed or unpaid for may be subject to lien or removal under applicable North Carolina law.

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use the site for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• That all content (including text, logos, images, and design) is the property of Mission Ready Auto LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from Mission Ready Auto LLC, including appointment confirmations, reminders, quotes, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mission Ready Auto LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Mission Ready Auto LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our services or website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
