Refund Policy
We aim to provide honest, high-quality mobile mechanic services. The following policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for work performed by Mission Ready Auto LLC.
1. Service Fees and Labor
- Labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.
- Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover time, expertise, and travel.
- If a service cannot be completed due to factors within our control, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2. Parts and Materials
Parts purchased through Mission Ready Auto LLC may be eligible for a refund only if:
- The part is unused and uninstalled
- The return is approved by the supplier
- The request is made within 7 days of service
Electrical parts, special-order parts, and installed parts are non-refundable.
Customer-supplied parts are not eligible for refunds or warranties.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund of any pre-paid service fees.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or service fees.
- Travel or dispatch fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
4. Incomplete or Rescheduled Services
If a service cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, lack of access, or unavailable parts, refunds will not be issued for labor or diagnostic time already performed.
Any remaining unused portion of pre-paid services may be credited toward a future appointment at our discretion.
5. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with a service:
- Please notify Mission Ready Auto LLC within 3 days of service completion.
- We will review the concern and may offer a repair, adjustment, or partial refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for unrelated or pre-existing vehicle issues.
6. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already completed
- Diagnostic findings
- Normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions
- Customer refusal to proceed after diagnosis
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party suppliers
8. Policy Changes
Mission Ready Auto LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website with a revised effective date.
